It is hard to describe, so I thought I would just post a pix so you could see it.
BTW...weigh in today +1, weight 136. It is okay thought I think it was water, cuz I was a day early, and I just had drank a 44 oz. tea.
So not to worry.
I had Beef w/ Mashed for Dinner and lots of Green Beans!
